Episode Notes

Marta Keller is an alternative dispute resolution practitioner, coach, facilitator, and trauma-informed legal wellness advocate. She worked as a lawyer in civil litigation and indigenous reconciliation for five years. Marta represented the Government of Canada at claimant hearings related to the Indian Residential Schools Settlement Agreement. She witnessed the devastating effects of childhood trauma in her work with sexual and physical abuse survivors. She also experienced the overwhelming effects of secondary trauma. After her own healing journey, Marta now works with legal and other professionals to equip them with the practical biology-based tools, guidance, and support to increase their resiliency and wellbeing.
